The place is well run and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel itself has a bit of a cheesy wibe itself by way of architecture. They gave a great gym and pool. Breakfast could be better (freshly squeezed juice)

Very friendly staff who go out of their way to be helpful but I would say that the property is over trading and in need of proper updating. It’s rated four star, this maybe because of the pool and spa facilities on offer but the gym could not be used during the day as way too hot, bedrooms, at least the ones I saw, were small, tired and did not have fridges or secure safe facilities and overlooked building utilities but were all charged at European 3* rates. But equally I did not visit other Bukhara hotels so I can’t compare but in comparison to Samarkand and khiva, the accommodation was poor.

Property is dated and not kept well. Bathrooms and showers are dirty and moldy. Cleanliness is definitely not a priority. Towels and sheets are old and haven’t been cleaned properly to the extent that they are white anymore. I personally couldn’t wait to finish my stay and get out of that hotel.
