「スタッフがとても親切です。 今回、タクシーアプリのヤンデックスゴーが使えないなかでの旅行でしたが、早朝タクシー使いたい旨を伝えると快くチャーターしてくれました。お陰でリーズナブルな値段で駅まで移動できました（遺跡と駅は15キロ離れていて、ヒヴァ行きの電車は早朝でした）。 英語が普通に使えて、ホテルに帰ると日本語の挨拶をしてくれたりします。 遺跡とホテルも近いです。 シャワーはお湯がでて、水圧も問題なし。 部屋の床は清潔。朝飯はフレッシュな野菜や卵や肉が取れて問題なし、味もよし（料理の量は普通くらい、すごい豊富かというとそうではない）。 ウズベキスタンで使ったホテルでは、個人的にはダントツ良かった。 」

「It was really great staying at the hotel. The host was really good and helpful. They did our tourist registration upon our arrival and it was smooth checking process. The rooms are really good, fully ventilated, clean and with good ambience. The breakfast was really delicious.
