「The butler service was fantastic. The food and drinks were great! Everyone was friendly and helpful. It was a second honeymoon for us and they gave us a bottle of champagne and a yummy dessert. My only complaint is that everything was very pricey.」

Fort Recovery is perfectly located between Road Town and Soper's Hole, with easy access by car to the great restaurants and bars on the west side of Tortola. Our room had a beautiful balcony overlooking the water. Check-in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and nicely decorated. Overall, this was a great stay, and we plan to be back again soon.」

Part of this appeal is due to the friendly interactions with Ms Icis Malone, the proprietress, and her son. As the the stay was in February, the night breeze was cool enough to leave off the air-conditioning. I was able to eat some guavas straight off the tree next to our staircase!
