「Looks exactly as the online pictures. Very centrally located for restaurants, shops and theatres. If it had aircon would be perfect as it’s quite hot even when not in a heatwave」

「Overall great value for money accommodation! Quite central to Bristol and the area around has a lot of shops and places to eat very lively atmosphere with students etc. The communication was excellent and staff were attentive. House is nice, quite basic inside, and a little run down but clean and no safety concerns. Parking is limited to paid on the street, and it's a busy area with a fair bit of road noise all night due to single pane windows. But overall good and well organised letting company...

「Nicely equipped apartment with comfortable furniture. A bit worn but mostly clean. Electric fans were helpful with the heat, but windows were very limited opening and the master shower was awkwardly small. Apartment entrance is not correctly labeled on Google maps and the provided map didn't work. Entrance doesn't lock, and found homeless person, abandoned garbage, graffiti on the walls and pot smoking outside of the entrance.」

「My stay was horrendous. I found getting into the building a nightmare, having not signed in online. Others were in the same boat. You needed two codes, one for the building, the other for the room, contained in 'secure messages' buried in emails. My room smelt really manky and later that night I couldnt close the door which had moved away from the frame. I had to change rooms at 11.30pm with numerous trips with my stuff.
