There is a lift but there are about 10 -11 steps up and down before I could move my luggage into the room. There are 4 steps of staircase before I could use the bathroom. I had an accident on my first night stay 21 May 2026 2:40 a.m., I sprained my right ankle. I could not manage to go to the hospital with only one leg.
