"Staff were incredibly helpful even though they were obviously tested at times by irate customers. It was when the Iran war started and naturally customers were uncertain regarding future plans. Staff handled it well I observed. Restaurant nice and food very good. Laundries were under some pressure. The luggage and concierge were helpful. We would stay again"

The room was made up on after night 1, thought dirty cups were left behind and bathroom amenities were not replenished. Generally the room was comfortable, though for the prove point was disappointed with the finishings"

"This is my second time staying at the Victoria Hotel. The room was spotless, the bed comfy and check in easy. The location is in the heart of the CBD. My only thing is the rooms could do with a bit of colour but otherwise my overnight stay was great. The restaurant was excellent too. Highly recommend. "
