「Lady that check us in and out was a complete nightmare. Rude from the very moment we walked in. We made our reservation through Expedia and had made some changes on our reservation and had proof and she refuse to honor it and wouldn’t let us check in until we added a new room for an extra guest that was part of the reservation.
