「Staff was FANTASTIC!! Can’t say enough about how warm and friendly and hard working at least the staff I interacted with were . The resort is lovely if you aren’t looking for an extravagant amount of things to do and to just relax. They do however have excursions for additional fees. If you are looking to just lay on a beach, this is not the resort for you. The view is beautiful from a beachfront room however, you can’t go and walk on to it and lay nor go into the water. 「Beautiful beach but worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Bedroom like a prison cell. Rude and unhelpful reception staff. Overworked bar and restaurant staff, long queues for drinks and food. No water or power for 12 hours. Unhelpful manager. We couldn’t get out quickly enough. We checked out before 6:00am to get a decent breakfast at a different hotel. No power when we checked out. Do not recommend.」

「Was there 8 years ago , there was a wonderful breakfast buffet. Plenty of options. -Now its just same meal almost every morning and very small portions. Resort is wonderful, but definitely lost weight with lack of food options !」

「Overall we had a great experience. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a Gauguin Suite, which felt more like a private villa than a hotel room. Having a secluded backyard and plunge pool was a huge plus and made the stay feel very intimate and relaxing. The beach is absolutely beautiful and easily one of the resort's biggest highlights.
