「we liked the hot tub」

「The TV was broken. We didn't turn it on until the next morning and the staff claims their policy is to check the TV before it's rented but we did not break it and were charged $500. We reported it to them, then were asked to leave. We booked a different hotel only to find our account $500 short and could not afford anothet room and had to sleep in our car. I'm sorry I thought we did the right thing by letting them know but apparently that was a mistake. We will not return and have contacted an...

I wanted a place for my kids to swim — but the swimming pool was not operative ( this was not put on internet). The girl at the counter tried her best to help out. I give it a 2 out of 10… We will not be staying g here again.」
