"This is a very nice and quiet hotel. Terry was great and she gave us the VIP treatment. It’s close to Palm Canyon and the main strip, but not too close, if you know what I mean:). It’s also not too far from all the restaurants and shopping centers in Palm Desert which is about a 20 minute drive on east Palm Canyon. Great staff and we will definitely return. "

"The room was super cozy and the bed actually was super comfortable! Really enjoyed the private deck, the little golf putting course.
Their simple continental breakfast is actually super amazing and their dining nook is adorable with a great view of the trees snd rock face. Definitely would stay here again and enjoy their library.
Only complaint is the room could of been cleaner down around the tables, there was still some dust and hair. Otherwise room was nice and clean with fresh towels, plus robes!!"
"I stayed in the haunted mansion room. Super cool, love the theme. Bed was comfortable. There is a mini fridge as well. The waffle for breakfast is probably the best waffle I've ever had. There are 2 resident cats: Norma and Edwardo. Norma is super friendly and will just jump on your lap for affection. Edwardo was nervous. The rec room is open 24/7 and has a huge TV, arcade games, a bar, etc. You can smoke in the rec room, anywhere outside, and in the 420 room. There is a gazebo and it is really relaxing to hang out in. It has giant jenga too. The tub was cool, I took a few baths. The shower is a little iffy, you need to put the shower curtain all the way in the tub so you don't get water everywhere. Also the curtain kept sticking to me while I was showering but that's to be expected with this kind of shower/tub combo. Loved having streaming services in the room and without ads! I will be back!"

"We really enjoyed our stay. We booked the Cedar cabin. It had two rooms / three beds, a full kitchen (no dishwasher), as well as an table for four people. Price was very competitive with the market for the night we stayed.
Me and two kids. Very comfortable. Easy walk to town. Our room had a dedicated parking spot with overflow parking on property if more than one car per room.
Definitely will visit The Fireside Inn again. "
