"I had a great view ! The pool is super busy with music! The room was nice and quiet! The AC worked great! but kitchen cookware were old and scratched pan and was missing pan! The blender wasn’t working! The dishwasher machine smelled really bad! The TV has no netflix or youtube which is a big downside! They have direct TV! Overall I prefer this place over the other Inn’s in town! It has a nice bedroom! The pillows are not my favorite i got a neck pain!"

"This place was so quintessentially Palm Springs we absolutely loved it! I hope they keep most of the decor when they remodel. The lobby, shared pools, and grounds were so beautiful! The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious (albeit expensive like all restaurants we went to!). The only thing that wasn’t great was the food at the coffee shop (coffee was great, pastries were very old and stale and the pizza was odd tasting, not like pizza) an the bathrooms in the rooms - they had sliding barn doors that didn’t close all the way which is silly. We were just with our small family, and there were so many other restaurant to choose from, that this don’t put any damper on our trip. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a beautiful pool to relax around on your trip! We will absolutely be back!"

"Even with the geese honking right outside our window at 5:30 am, the room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Too bad the poolside bar was not open on the days we were there. Unfortunately, there were never enough clean towels at pool. Had to call for more towels, each day and it took about 25 minutes for someone to restock at pool. Otherwise, staff were all very nice, helpful and courteous. "

"Heres the thing...we love The Saguaro for the vibes but the property could definitely use a fresh coat of paint. And the carpet in the rooms needs some serious love. Ive always felt like The Saguaro just doesn't care much about anything but the pool area. My daughter and I had an ok stay but lots of issues about housekeeping, clogged plumbing in our room etc. We addressed the issued with management but being 100% transparent they didn’t even get back to us until after we left the property. Management communicated that they were short staffed and that contributes to some of the issues but knowing that it was Spring Break time I dont fully understand how they weren't prepared. In a nutshell we enjoyed our stay because my daughter and I make sure we have a good time everywhere we go but I really hope they step up their game. The complimentary bicycles were great the restaurant is delicious and pool vibes are vibing but truth be told they absolutely must step their game up."

"A clean property. Other than the bugs. I woke up a few times to flies and mosquitoes in my ear. There are flies floating around the room as well. Some staff are nice but others were terrible and in-need of training. I was woken up at 3am to my smoke detector going off over my head. It’s located right above the headboard. I had turned the heat up and I guess the dust set it off. But the man who came into my room was accusatory and totally non-apologetic. He said the fire department was going to be there in minutes but I waited up for an hour and no one came. The next morning the nice maintenance man explained that the detectors are sensitive and steam from showers and dust set the alarm off. I was paranoid my entire stay that it would go off again. It was LOUD like a school bell. I told the manager about this and he repeated all the reasons why it happened but no compensation for a wrecked stay. This place is VERY overpriced. The pool is small and doesn’t get afternoon sun due to being in the middle of all the tall buildings. I was on the 1st floor and could hear every step of the person above. The air-conditioner was LOUD. I could hear all the breakfast people chatting and laughing early in the morning. I’ve stayed other places in Palm Springs that were cheaper but a better experience. Not close to anything except a couple expensive restaurants. I don’t recommend the Bistro in the hotel. Definitely will not stay again. Also what is up with the cancer-plaque upon entry?"
