When I checked in the room had not been cleaned yet so I had to stand in hall waiting for them to clean the room. There was food left in fridge from last guest and no blankets on bed. The cleaning lady was near so i was able to get her to clean the room.

Worst hotel stay ever. Will never ever book again. 1st room smelled like mold. Shower was disgusting. Shower head was corroded. Got a new room smelled better. But they were doing renovations at the crack of dawn and had no signs telling you that. Hallways were messy had dirt and Sheetrock everywhere. -10/10 will not recommended and will never ever stay again.

Curtains, spreads, shower curtain, carpet was all torn and badly stained. Not enough food for "free breakfast" for the guests trying to get breakfast. Holes in walls. 2 beds/2 adults but only 2 towels, 2 pillows 1 wash cloth.

Lady at front desk is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend mainly because of her. Her husband isn't very nice either as the customer service sucks. Extremely rude people. Booked for 3 days unfortunately felt sick the same night i checked in and checked out before day 3 The room was stuffy,smelled bad like old wet carpet, pillows so uncomfortable a/c sounded so loud like it was broken, the smell in the hall way to lobby sucked not to mention breakfast they was nothing we had to drive to go grab something,the front desk guy was rude when my husband called informing him about the $100 that was held.

Hotel was under construction. Very noisy after 9am. Limited breakfast choices. Hotel had complete breakfast in 2021. No refrigerator or microwave in room. No daily clean up or towel service. We had go to front for towels.

This property is the worst ever. No elevator for older people and expect to carry your belongings upstairs. Awful smell to the rooms. We ended up going somewhere else to stay. Want a full refund.

This is definitely one of the least clean budget properties I have stayed in. I know you get what you pay for but the usual places I stay for last minute travel are shockingly so much cleaner. Room was musty and damp. Curtains are visibly stained and dirty adding to the smell. Bathroom also dirty. All the chairs are also stained in our room. If we didn’t have to get last minute service on our vehicle In Des Moines first thing tomorrow, we would not stay here. I can tell the whole building needs an upgrade but little things like making sure the room doesn’t smell so terribly would make a difference.

Bring your own towels, 1 hand towel and washcloth per room. To get clean it’s a 1 for 1 trade I’ve never had a less hospitable visit at a hotel/motel

Found a bed bug after our first night here. Lots of bed stains and unpleasant smells. Staff seemed to be apathetic about the bed bug situation and extremely unhelpful with the refund process.

when we first arrived to our room there was stains all over the bed so we requested new bedding and still heads stains but just wait we requested a new set AND STILL HAD STAINS. me and my friend were traveling to a festival so we just wanted a clean bed to sleep in.

I shouldn't complain so much given it was $50/night however I arrived and there was no one at the front desk. I stood there for about 10 minutes before someone finally came over. This was annoying but fine, not the end of the world, however the phone rang and I stood there for another 5 minutes while the person took the phone call instead of helping me, who was there well before the phone rang. Common sense goes a long way! I commented about this and how they should help people in order. This all said, the rooms of the hotel upper floor, right side were all under construction (except one) yet I was the ONLY GUEST put in this wing, at the very end of the hall. Passive-aggressive retaliation because I complained the person was being rude? Yeah, I'm certain of it. This said, there was typically very loud construction noise nearly the entire two days I was there. I hope you feel better about yourself, treating me like the problem because you can't figure out how to take care of guests in order. Just horrible and never again.

Spent an hour at check in with a gentleman that was confused and argumentive. Finallly got checked in double charged my card and $100 deposit. $260 later i had a trash room that smell of Marijuana and wet cat food
