「Everything was perfect. WILL be back!」

「I like the location; it's close to the freeway. The breakfast food was decent. My only complaint is the room's cleanliness and the dryer in the laundry room. I found a small bug in the bathroom; they removed it the same day. The next day, housekeeping came. I explained my experience the day before. They said they would clean the room, but they only cleaned the bathroom and took out the trash; they did not straighten the beds. I don't understand how hotels provide a full cleaning service in...

「Room was clean and spacious」

「We agreed this was one of our favorite hotels we have stayed in! The room size felt functional, large and luxurious. We especially loved the window sills in our room, to kinda sit and be able to watch what was going on downtown. Walkable to everything you could need, amazing decor throughout the entire hotel, and the breakfast selection was great. Loved this stay so much!」

「The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Very cute kid friendly hotel! We would recommend and stay there again!」

「Food was not good. Everywhere your food is the same with tacos」

「Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay there again.」

「Great room. Big bathroom to get ready in. Pool and hot tub were ao so clean and had plenty of towels even at night. The breakfast bar was set up nicely, clean and had lots of options. It’s also right next to the outlet mall which is great! The beds feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud.」

「The bathrooms need a deep clean. Dust and hair pushed into corners, the standard swiffer mop isn't always suitable. The pull out couch mattress had stains on it. The blower motor on the hvac unit had a bad bearing and it squealed all night-other option was enduring the heat. At face value it looks nice, but its not getting the attention it needs.」

「一一如既往的好！」

「Loved it! Beautiful and well maintained. Helpful Staff, love the design!」
