"Pros: The beds were wonderful, soft and comfortable. Location was great, easy access to the highway and very quiet. Bathroom fixtures, especially, looked new. Cons: We were told upon our evening arrival that the elevators didn’t work, and so we would have to carry our luggage upstairs. We are seniors with disabilities, so that was not good news. They couldn’t switch us to a first-floor room because we had booked through Expedia, but we could get our money back and go somewhere else. After traveling all day, we weren’t up to trying to find another hotel, so we made the 2 or 3 trips up the stairs. The desk clerk came off as rude, although I don’t think he meant to be. The tv turned itself off at midnight and would not come back on. Not sure if this is a hotel setting to keep it quiet at night, but for travelers trying to keep tabs on dangerous weather patterns, it was inconvenient. We didn’t eat the breakfast, but it looked like the usual fare. Overall, though, we would stay here again, mostly because a truly comfortable bed is hard to find while traveling, and, hopefully, they’ll get their elevators fixed or hire a temporary bell hop."

"clean room, the staff were really nice and treated us with nice hospitality. what i didn’t really like is that housekeeping doesn’t really let themselves known before they enter the room. but really other than that it was great!"

"The room was very nice. We didn't use the kitchen but it looked pretty bare bones in the cabinets. there appeared to be enough to do some very basic cooking. The continental breakfast was okay but nothing special. We still give it a 5 star because of the cleanness, friendliness and being very comfortable. We will be back."

"Breakfast was good up until seeing the eggs. I understand that it makes sense to cook eggs they way in hotels. But, try to make it less watery next time. Drain out the egg pan more often. There was no signs of what the muffins was either. Waffle mix was too runny. Staff was very friendly"

"The place smelled musty. The pool tile was dirty and the pool was cold. Looks like it was renovated recently, but poorly done. There were no extra pillows available and they were out of pool towels."
