The property was ideally situated. I Was overall a little disappointed with the cleanliness of the property seeing I would consider the premium price tag.

Great location near all the MTB tracks. After a hard days riding it was good to get back to clean the bikes and have a hot shower.

We loved everything about the Derby Digs Barn, there was plenty of room for all 9 of us. The property was clean and had everything we needed to have a wonderful time. I would highly recommend the Derby Digs Barn for larger families or groups who are traveling to Derby, Larry has definitely thought of everything to help you enjoy your stay.
