We had a relaxing stay in a comfort room, I could see the staff took me into account by giving us the ground floor (I had mentioned I had a walking stick on the phone) I also noticed the room was great for those with a disability so it felt nice to be thought of and accommodated as I didn’t ask for this specifically. The only problem was some noisey young girls laughing in the corridors but other than that we had a pleasant stay.

We stayed in a vista chalet and it felt like we were at a new home. It had so much room, and was well equipped. The swiss village is so handy with bakery and restaurant, and there are so many activities for the whole family! Everything was just amazing!

Two night getaway

Room was comfortable. Missed a small table for coffee or drinks, shower did leak when turned on (reported at checkout). All amenities such as TVs and microwave and heater worked without issue. But tv could use an arm to reposition as sitting on top of a cupboard made it awkward to watch.
