Room was clean, staff was great, shuttle to airport was on time and driver was nice too. Pool was great, if you don't want to leave to get food, the options they have were also good, my husband tried the burger and said it was good.

Check in process frustrating. Standard checkin at 4pm, however rooms are available 2 hrs earlier (2pm) for a fee. However, when trying to check in at 4:20pm, still rooms were not available.
