Would not recommend

No information other than room number, when we checked in. The description said “garden view”, but this was not the case - actually no view, just a window to the hallway with fence. The floor was not clean and the room needed a proper deep clean (e.g. the light switches were very dirty). Both the aircondition and fridge were very noisy. The room was very dark and had some unpleasant spot light as “night lamp”. No where to put clothes. Hard to lock the door with key. Pool didn’t seem clean. Very trafficked road x 2 to cross when going to the sea. Only good thing is that it was cheep and walking distance to the Harbour - however, would still not recommend.

Right across from habour but is dirty and pictures do not show what the place really looks like. Rooms are very small barely can stand 2 people at one time. Also open small "window" above doors that bugs and geckos go in...we had to stuff with a towel.

Not great

The hotel is on a big main road and quite noisy from the road and dogs barking. When I checked in, I had to leave for a day trip and the receptionist said they would ensure my bag would get brought to the room only to discover when I arrived back, 8 hours later, my bag was still left where I had been told to leave it. The hotel is very run down and not like the pictures.

Room was left open when we first checked in. Light didn't work, toilet is constantly running water which was noisy, bed and pillows had stains, sink/shower not in great condition. Was just staying for the night so we sucked it up, but for long term stay it would not be worth it.

The management and staff were friendly and helpful . There is a room for improvement with the cleanliness and maintenance of the facilities . 1. The pool looks muggy & dirty and not inviting to swim at all . You can hardly see the bottom of the pool . 2. The rooms were not properly cleaned even if we requested daily service . Upon check in we still found quiet a few disposable cutlery items from previous guests that is not supposed to be there . We requested for daily cleans in all 3 rooms we have booked over 9 nights expecting linen changes every 2 nights as per normal hotel procedures , however this never happened . The housekeepers will only change the bath towels and wouldn’t even do a touch up clean in if the bathrooms which could use a deep clean & good scrub with bleach . 3. The bed linens & bath linens were horrible and needs urgent replacement . The towels were as thin as paper . The blankets were torn at the bottom but you wouldn’t notice them as they were tucked in . The sheets were grayish and didn’t smell good . 4. The public toilets near restaurant gets dirty quickly often smells whenever we pass by heading to our rooms . We didn’t see anyone regularly cleaning them . This is something that needs to be looked into as this is a public space .

Schimmelige Kopfkissen und Bäder. Fleckige Bettlaken. Überall Haare, Staub, Dreck. Kein wirklich warmes Wasser unter der Dusche. Und gegen 9 Uhr wird man geweckt, weil die Zimmer gereinigt werden sollen! Die Mitarbeiter schienen maximal desinteressiert. Wir haben direkt nach der ersten Nacht ausgecheckt und eine Kostenerstattung eingefordert. Absolut inakzeptabel! Bitte teilen Sie uns mit, wie das weitere Procedere aussieht.

Budgethotel

Budgethotel med små mørke værelser med lidt plads til opbevaring af baggage. Sengetøjet var ikke rent og blev ikke skiftet de 9 overnatninger vi havde. Der var blod på betrækket og brandmærker i det tynde tæppe man skulle sove med. Der var aircondition på værelset, men denne larmede meget. Hotellet ligger også op til en hovedvej, hvor man kan høre trafikstøjen fra. Billederne lever ikke op til forventningerne. Poolen var heller ikke ren. Personalet i receptionen var behjælpelig med at bestille taxi, men det var ikke meget engelsk de forstod. Kan ikke anbefales.

Jeg kan ikke anbefale hotellet. Jeg rejste med barn på 4 år, og ankom ved midnat direkte fra fly. Receptionisten var irriteret ved ankomst og ikke speciel hjælpsom. Der stod på Hotels.com, at der var restaurant, men den var HELT lukket, og der var derfor ingen mulighed for morgenmad. Her blev vi blot henvist til KFC nede af vejen, hvor man skal ud på meget trafikeret hovedvej. Badeværelset fungerede knap, og køleskabet virkede ikke. Værelset var lille, men det var nu ok, hvis ellers alt andet havde virket. Renligheden var tvivlsom. Badeværelset så i hvert fald ikke kun slidt ud med også ikke super rent, og vand kom der knap ud af bruseren og vandhanen, og toilettet trækkede knap. Der var aircon som virkede ok. Poolen nåede vi ikke i, da jeg skyndte mig at ændre min booking til kun 1 nat.
