Forfærdeligt!!!

Ingen wifi og ingen morgenmad, som der stod. Poolen var i stykker, værelset var ikke klar, selvom vi kom sent om aftenen, værelset var beskidt, der kravlede dyr, og der var hverken dyne eller håndklæder. Vi skulle have boet der i 3 dage, men skiftede hotel allerede efter 1. Nat.

worst!

not very pleasant...bad smell the air because I have been told there is landfill approximately 200meter. Room dirty and toilet too... I cancelled the stay (already paid online) and go to another better hotel. Very disappointing.

Vi ankommer og alt er lidt snusket. Personalet er virkelig søde og hjælpsomme, men stedet levede ikke op til de billeder der var af det. Vi kommer ind på værelset og det hele er beskidt og vi finder væggelus. Da vi vil forlade stedet sent aften for at finde et rent sted og sove er siger personalet kun “okay” og kigger væk igen. Ikke en god oplevelse og ikke noget vi kan anbefale.

Don’t go there - dirty and bad service

The pool was under maintenance - which it seems to have been for a while! Also the place to eat was very dirty and under maintenance they said after they had send us their and we came back since we were confused. The room was VERY dirty with spiders and web everywhere. There was no toilet paper until we asked for it and no trashbin to be found. They claim to have 24h open reception, we notified them of our checkout time the day before but when we entered the reception no one was there and we waited 15minuttes before we had to drop the key and leave to catch our fairy. The breakfast was not what they told us and we went out town for something instead. Just don’t go there!

Nice hotel the staff are wonderful the room are great an bed are cuffy the room cleaned every day breakfast is good an it away from all the night live of leagan an kuta but its only 15 min from their i enjoyed my stay

Hotel is too far from main area and beach. Its no worth except being cheapr. I will not recommmmmmend this hottttel.

Definitely get what you pay for.

Staff were friendly. Location isnt the best. Neighborhood was intimidating and we had to pay for taxis if we needed to go into town.

Decent Hotel in Denpassar

Easy to get to from the Airport. The taxi fare should be 150,000 but they always ask for 2000,000 Room ok, the bathroom/toilet as usual pretty grim but at least functional .

les chambres sont propres ainsi que la piscine. le personnel est très agréable et nous a renseignés sur beaucoup de choses à faire autour de denpassar. le seul petit bémol l'hôtel est un peu excentré il fait donc prévoir le taxi.

You get what you pay for!

We hired a car and just used the hotel as a base so we weren't concerned by the lack of facilities. The hotel is not far (by car) to Sanur Beach and all the facilities available to tourists there. The hotel is pleasant, the staff are friendly and helpful and there is not too much traffic noise. Our room was basically adequate but in need of maintenance.

Terrible

We booked this hotel not expecting too much especially for the price we paid but when we arrived we were shocked. It can be cheap and clean but this was filthy. The bathroom had a leaking toilet, stains all over the sink and the shower curtain that should of been white was brown. The shower had mould and was just generally very dirty. The bedroom generally wasn't horrific but there was mould all over the corner of the room and the mattresses were covered in stains. Like I said we didn't expect much but when you're travelling you expect a clean room. We didn't acually stay here as planned we arrived and left within an hour, after telling the staff we really weren't happy with the condition of the room they only offered another room, with no apology or questions about why we weren't happy. I really wouldn't recommend staying here, we moved about 10 mins down the road and ended up having a lovely experience.

Affordable, pleasant and professional staff

The Puri Yuma hotel was exactly what I expected, no surprises. I was only there for one night and had a late check in and an early start the next day but the room was immaculate for the amount of money paid for it. Nice hot shower and a aircon blasting away. I've rated this hotel 5/5 because I can't think of anything that would have made my stay more enjoyable. Thank you to all of the staff for having me. I loved it :-)

Ok för en natt om man inte har höga krav

Vi övernattade en natt före vår resa gick vidare till Gili. Hotellet ligger i vad som jösses som förortsområde. Rummet var rent till ytan, eftersom hotellet är gammalt så kändes rummet smutsigt pga slitage, fläckiga och urtvättade sängkläder och handdukar. Det var en död gekkoödla på vårt rum, som städarna måste ha missat väldigt länge, den var aldeles torkad. Fick myror i morgonkaffet. Det var ok att bo här en natt, men skulle inte rekommendera det som ett semesterhotell.

Personalen på puri yuma var hjälpsamma & trevliga. Läget för hotellet är inte optimalt, finns inte så mkt i närheten. Hotellet är ganska slitet & inte i så gott skick. Vårt rum var en av väggarna täckt med mögel.. Utöver det så var det väldigt rent. Man får vad man betalar för helt enkelt.

This hotel is a has been !

The hotel from the photos on the internet is truly lovely, and it has been a lovely hotel and judging from the room we stayed in, it could be again, with some basic maintenance. 1. the toilet seat was almost unattached.2 the toilet cistern was slow to refill .3 handbasin water ran at a trickle . The shower ran at about 1/2 speed.3 the wall paper on the walls is coming away at the floor level and curling back at the join for up to a meter. The room on entry had a moldy smell. There are a few tiny roadside shops and tiny restaurants up to 600 meters along the roadway each side of the hotel entry but you take your life in your hands walking to them, as due to lack of any footpaths, you need to walk along the edge of the road to get to them. Taxi was required due to distance from the beach and shopping center. The pool did not look like the daily maintenance and Chlorination was being kept up, and although we did swim in it we were careful not to put our heads under water It is well over priced for the condition it is in and for its distance from everything , in my opinion.
