"I stayed here for a work trip, so i didn't have a lot of time to use all the amenities but i checked out what i could. The gift shop was decently stocked and the employees were always friendly to me. The bigger pool was generally filled with kids using the slide, so id say it was fun! I sat on the steps a couple times and the water was colder than i expected but refreshing. I didn't have a chance to check out the bar or get a massage, which i really wanted to do. The restaurant seemed overwhelmed both times i went and i felt like i was a burden, especially when the hostess made a face at me when i asked for a table for 1. The porters and front desk staff were always friendly and helpful. Id stay here again to be close to the airport but probably not for a long-term stay."

"We felt like we were inconveniencing the staff on arrival. Bar staff took ages to serve you and to get your drink. We did not feel welcome at all. Or room was tidy and clean. Bathroom was awful. No separate shower so the bathroom just flooded and there was still a puddle to stand in, in the morning. Out door pools ( 2 ) where wonderful, but staff left a crab in one of the pools for an entire day and night so not really wanting to swim in that one. The setting was awesome, on the beach palm trees beautiful sunset really a dream come true. I would stay there again despite the staff and the room, as the beach setting was just stunning."

"The freshly refurbished Sheraton Villas are beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered—from the cushions on the lounge to the soft linen sheers and practical blockout curtains. The beds are exceptionally comfortable, complemented by indulgently soft pillows and quality linen that make it very easy to settle in and relax. The bathrooms are immaculate and contemporary, featuring modern stone finishes and crisp architectural lines. Textured tiles add warmth and character, while the dedicated vanity and makeup seat are particularly thoughtful touches. The adjustable television with Chromecast functionality makes it easy to enjoy your own entertainment. The pool is beautifully maintained and provides a relaxing setting throughout the day, while Island 619 consistently delivers with its extensive breakfast selection, quality food and attentive service. Families should make time to explore the kids’ club, while adults looking for a little more excitement should definitely try the jet skis. Guests also have convenient access to the full range of resort services, neighbouring resorts and the many dining options available throughout Denarau’s resorts and marina.
