「Only one small gripe....check out time, 10 am. I think this is too early, most hotels are 11am or even 12 noon. In addition I couldn't seem to find this information on hotels website.」

「The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also...

「Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day 」

「I am not sure it is my bad luck or what, my check in date is the football match day, the roads are block, my car cann drive to near by area, the car park is closed, the hotel is in a mess with lots of football fans and bear. i have to stop the car far away to walk to the cashier, and ask for check in. 「The place was very comfortable 」

「We stayed for 4 nights the location was perfect. Rooms are a little tired looking, carpets didn't feel clean under your feet. When we arrived I was unsure if the beds were fresh as the blankets we just pulled up over the bed and pillows not tucked in like hotels beds are. On inspection bed was clean. Maybe a little more TLC is required. Also soap in shower was that watered down it was ridiculous. But Staff were absolutely lovely nad location was great. 」
