「The hotel was in a convenience area as we wanted, clean, good staff and peaceful. The room was well prepared for family room. 」

「Lovely staff on reception desk. Easy check in. My room needed updating though. My son had an upgrade to the new refurbished rooms. Lovely up grade for him. On the whole a lovely stay & breakfast was superb.」

「Very dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day 」

「The soundproof was not good at all. During late evening and early in the morning, the footsteps from upstairs were SO LOUD. We could not sleep well due to the noise. The squeaking sound was crazy, as the guests kept walking. Sound proof of walls on the same floor was ok, not silent, but totally acceptable. Apart from the noise, everything is fine. The location is good. Not too far from town centre. It has a big car park, so perfect for a rest in the middle of road trip. Cleaniness is also...

「Only one small gripe....check out time, 10 am. I think this is too early, most hotels are 11am or even 12 noon. In addition I couldn't seem to find this information on hotels website.」

「Everything is as described and Mary, the owner is super friendly and always available if you have any questions. Knowle is a relatively large historic village with an excellent selection of pubs and restaurants for its size.」
