When i checked in i had to drag my bags all the way to the room. Multiple staff standing and watching. When i spoke to the duty manager about this he seemed lost. The only hotel in my entire multiple visits to India where i had to deliver my own suitcases to my room. Not very impressed overall. No intention of returning here.

Marriott prices; motel six service. The hotel looks great in pictures. But on little things, they fall short of good quality. It took a trip to the registration desk to get any water in my room, even though the description clearly said two bottles of water would be provided. After talking to someone at the desk, it was still more than 24 hours before anyone brought water to my room. When checking out, they tried to charge me for an upgrade that I paid when I checked in. Fortunately I had a receipt to prove that I had paid when I checked in. Little things. But I expected better from a relatively high priced (for India) hotel.

I was asked by your hotel before I arrived if I needed an airport pickup. I requested one, but the car never arrived. I even called the hotel after I landed at IGI, but my call wasn't answered. Upon reaching the hotel, all I received was a ton of lame excuses not becoming of a high star hotel- including " we will take care next time" ! Really?? Pride Plaza do better. Thanks,

4 bookings in 5 weeks in India. Net result, excellent! I have already posted detailed reviews of this property and staff. In sum, I'll be looking to stay here on my every trip to India. Two suggestions. Make room service menu available without WhatsApp. In fact, the room service never even sent the hard copy of the menu (I don't use WhatsApp) even two hours after they told me. Second, hire more staff - wait time just to get help with the luggage at the time of checkout was over 40 minutes. For water, had to call twice after waiting for an hour. Not sure if it's logistics or low on staff, that's the only areas of improvement. But excellent overall!

Dirty and so dated. Bed sheets had stains including blood. The room was full of dust, the headboard had stains all over it and bathroom was awful. the toilet flusher got stuck in the middle of the night so all we could hear was running water. The shower and soap dispensers were rusty, the tap over the sink was wonky and towels so old that they don't even dry. Certainly not 5star more like 3 star.
