「The main lobby smelt like animal pee, elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Neighborhood wasn’t super convenient, and the stay came with no parking details so you have to fend for yourself. You had to pay a $250 deposit hold when you got there (normal for a hotel) and for some reason the front desk kept pushing the one time $50 option that want refundable). The rooms were clean but you could tell common areas in the unit were cleaned just enough, hair ties left around, dust...

「The property is in a great location in Old City and is clean and well-maintained. My unit had little natural light and check in was bumpy. The lock was damaged and I couldn’t enter the first night after a long day of travel. Staff were responsive and helpful via text and phone both after the lock out and a loud tenant upstairs.」

「Arrived in the evening to find two men arguing near the pool, almost ready to fight. Two other men were relieving themselves next to the BBQ in front of our unit. At 2:30 in the morning another group were outside of our room si going. The walls are incredibly thin. The room above use had children running and playing ball for three straight days. Guest Services actually said the couldn’t do anything. Place is not well managed. Would never recommend to anyone.」

「the place had fifth rugs, small gym, long elevator wait time, the hallway was very cold. the rooms are dated and unclean. the furniture had rips and tears in every kitchen table chair. had to pay for coffee. wait time at check in was 45 min」

「The room is old, dirty and rusty. There were no towels available and the elevator stopped working at one point. The only positive about this hotel is the location and the attached beach bar.」
