「The Avenue Inn and Spa offers all the amenities that your family will need at a beach location. The hotel is also walking distance to the boardwalk and beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within several walking steps away. This is the second time our family stay here and we're looking forward to using this hotel for our next Rehoboth Beach visit.」

「The property was quite lovely, both inside and out. We stayed in a garden room, which was in the older building. We were steps away from the adult pool and right next door to the building with check-in, the spa, and the breakfast area. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. We would definitely go back. However, for the price, I did not expect to experience two issues: (1) the wall unit A/C never really got the room very cool, and (2) a previous occupant's undergarments were left in the...

「Stayed a few nights with the family for easy access to the beach and boardwalk activities. The room was clean and with plenty of counter space. Kitchen had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast offered many options. Friendly and helpful staff. The only negative is that the pool can be cleaner. Would stay again in the future. 」
