Room was clean and space was fair-sized.
Staff were friendly and helpful.
Parking were a bit inconvenient, old style lift operated which needs staff to operate. No easy access for guests. No multiple entries per parking either.
Close to attractions, transports and lot of dinner options.
Ground floor have a number of clubs and pubs which open til late, a bit noisy because of that.

We loved the location of this hotel, immediately attached to the shopping street and right across the street from a tram stop. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the entire hotel was delightful. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the staff was very friendly. So happy, highly recommended!
