We loved the location of this hotel, immediately attached to the shopping street and right across the street from a tram stop. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the entire hotel was delightful. The check-in and check-out was super easy and the staff was very friendly. So happy, highly recommended!
This was a conveniently located hotel that was easy to access via the tram from the train station in a great shopping and restaurant district. The room was spacious clean and staff was exceptional. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great hotel with a very clean room, phenomenal breakfast and very friendly staff. It is conveniently next to the tram station that is about a 10m ride to the shinkansen station (can also walk). Nice location, there is plenty of shopping and food in the surrounding area.
Hotel is very conveniently located in Nagasaki. Tram station just outside and Chinatown 2 minutes walk. Within a covered shopping centre and plenty of restaurant options. Room was a really good size too. Very good value for money.

The hotel is centrally located, in front of the hotel there is a streetcar stop. The hotel is a bit old fashioned, rooms are rather small, all clean. Double bed 140 cm was very comfortable.
We love the Nagasaki Hotel Forza. Our bed was comfortable and they finally have Wifi available in every room. It's located in a shopping mall and Nagasaki is an easy place to walk in. There's a lovely pastry shop right across from the hotel as well as a few located very close to it. It's an easy street car right from Nagasaki Station. You can also take street cars to the Atomic Bomb Museum and to Glover Gardens. Cafe Hirai, our favorite breakfast place, is an easy walk away from the hotel.
Normally when we go to Nagasaki, we stay at a hotel near the train station. This time we tried this hotel at the Hamanomachi shopping arcade. The hotel seems brand new and the entrance is inside the arcade. The room we stayed at was modern, clean, and a bit larger than a normal Japanese hotel room. The front desk is on the 4th floor along with a free coffee machine, vending machines, two washing machines and dryers. on the same floor is the breakfast buffet which the price was reasonable and had local specialties. But since you at a shopping arcade, there are many more choices available there including a McDonald's just 200 feet away from the entrance.
The location was excellent. You're in a shopping arcade, so naturally you have a lot of shopping choices. The bus from Nagasaki airport drops you off a couple of blocks away, so very convenient getting from and to the airport. There is a streetcar stop just outside the arcade to get wherever you need to go and Nagasaki Chinatown is just across the street. When we have to come back, we're definitely choosing this place.

Hotel is in great location. Stsyed in room 715. Needs updating, walls and doirs heavily marked. Unfortunately there was construction in building during my stay which I was informed about by note when I got to my room. The noise from this was unacceptable. I did receive a 50% refund upin request for compensation.
Great location, clean and tidy.
No safe in the room! (Not sure how this would go down with travel insurance if you had items stolen. Unlikely in Japan, but not impossible)
Shower over bathtub is not as good as many of the newer hotels walk in showers.
It’s easy to get to on the tram from the train station, just be aware if it is any kind of holiday or festival, the tram will be rammed and you will have to wait a long time for it. Made worse if you have luggage. So get a taxi if that’s the case.
Hotel Forza Nagasaki is great - it was clean, conveniently located above a shopping street with restaurants and stores, and close to bus stops. The hotel provided additional amenities near the front desk (e.g., microwave, laundry, vending machines, packets of toiletries). Our room was relatively spacious. There was space to open up both our luggages and enough table space to put stuff. We were provided with comfortable slippers as well. There were leg massage machines provided in the room; however, we didn't use them. Lastly, the hotel offered luggage store before check-in and after checkout. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I was worried about this hotel being a “love hotel”, due to its strange name, and about the distance from the Bagasaki train station. I needn’t have worried. This hotel is a very nice business-type hotel, and as others have noted before me, the hotel breakfast was excellent, with many Nagasaki specialties to try. The room was very clean and actually spacious by Japanese standards, and we had an actual bathtub in the bathroom, and a walk-in shower. The hotel is on the number 1 tram line, which you can board right outside Nagasaki station using a Suica card. The hotel is just inside the entrance of a covered shopping street, which had many great shops including Marimekko and Second Street. There is a local shop selling Nagasaki pork buns on the corner. The room was very clean and the cleaners respected my do not disturb sign.
