「They provide very good service and try to cater our needs. There’s little problem with the air-conditioner and the hotel staff tried their best to change room for us to make us having a good stay.
Room amenities are good. Aqua di parma cream and shower gel. Handy location to the city center where you can find good places to eat out, cafe or shopping.
Breakfast is great with plenty of food choices.」

「In unserem Zimmer waren zusätzlich zum Elternbett zwei Zustellbetten für die beiden Kinder aufgebaut. Das war wirklich top! Soviel Komfort hatten wir als 4-köpfige Familie selten. Das Frühstücksbüffet war super. Alles was ein klassisches Frühstück haben muss, um gestärkt in den Tag zu starten. Preis/ Leistungsverhältnis für diesen Aufenthalt absolut unschlagbar. Danke!」

「鄰近火車站與購物中心, 非常的方便, 並且距離我們要去的景點走路便可抵達, 這是很棒的優點.
前台服務是一位 Alice 的實習生, 非常的專業並且英文程度很優, 幫助我們所有的詢問, 客房打掃非常乾淨, 雖然飯店有點老舊, 但是功能齊全, 居住品質很好. 前台有免費的飲水, 對夏季步行出遊是很好的幫助.
有游泳池與健身房, 雖然沒有帶泳衣和運動服裝所以無法使用, 參觀後發覺以後可以多加利用.
早餐服務很好, 提供的內容很豐富.
下次去萊比錫, 可以列入優先訂房名單. 」
