Nice, comfortable rooms and nice balconies.

We didn't get the WiFi password. The breakfast was not very good and the coffee was terrible. The waitress was very nice. The breakfast didn't offer glutenfree bread.

The sleeping couch was just as hard as a rock Also the bathroom was dirty, tiles are loose and also there was mold in the shower. Towels are replaced once a week.

Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Firstly tried to say that I never had 2 rooms booked, then relented when i showed him booking. Eventually got 2 rooms, though 1 was not what i had booked. Room itself was large and clean

Poor housekeeping. Towels changed only once a week, room was not cleaned, even though there was a "please make up my room" sign on the door. Very noisy, due to local youth hanging right by the windows till 2 in the morning. Overall, not worth the money spent.

Disgusting kitchenette

Staff was nice but the room and especially the kitchenette was worn and outright disgusting The kitchenette had several months worth of grease and dust all over the walls, doors, cook tops and fridge The kettle was full of grime When mentioned to the staff all they had to say was that it was the fault of the house keeping When renting utensils for the kitchen no dish soap was provided, so I couldn’t even clean it myself The room carpet, furniture and lamps was stained and dusty. The shower curtain was stiff and brown at the bottom

Less than avg.

The pictures on Hotels.com looks so much better than the hotel itself. The hotel is situated in some sort of industrial area and looks dodgy. We didn't feel safe walking in the neighborhood when seeking out dinner. We had booked an apartment for 4 but only given 3 towels. The sofa bed is not able to fit 2 pax and hence the kids and mum has to share the double twin bed. Sofa bed is bad quality and i hardly caught any sleep last night. Room floor is carpeted and looks dirty. The fridge is super dirty and i wonder if the cleaner cleans it at all. Very basic set up in the room. Only plus is the size which is big, other than that, nothing great. Other guests were smoking from their balcony. Oh yes, no WIFI from hotel in the 21st century. My fault as well for going for an economy hotel for stopover. Lesson learnt, don't be a cheapo.

Das Frühstücksbuffee war ok, man ist satt geworden... auf dem Zimmer im Badezimmer hat es ais dem Abfluss gestunken, wurde bei Abreise aber gleich aufgeschrieben. Also für uns, wir würden das Hotel nicht nochmal buchen... da sind wir halt was anderes gewöhnt... aber jeder hat ja so sein eigenes was er brauchtbund was nicht...

Sehr nettes Personal, Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Hotel ist leider sehr hellhörig und Tiefgarage war mir zu teuer. Umgebung für Parkplatzsuche ist sehr herausfordernd. Ansonsten nette Zeit dort verbracht. Danke.
