「Our room didn't have bedding for the pull out bed, Took 3 trips to gather a pillow . Blanket and sheets. No apology. No acknowledgment either . Room was very dirty and the pool was closed due to Illinois health department orders 」

「Breakfast was minimal large crowds and no staff anywhere. Toilet ran whole time and if flushed it, terrible noises for about a minute so couldn’t use it at night or woke everyone up. Used restroom in lobby and no soap with trash all over the floor. Very frustrating 」

「不错的酒店 工作人员都很友好，前台经常看到的是一个墨西哥女孩和一个应该也是墨西哥裔男生。 室内有游泳池，不大，还有个可以喷水的按摩池。 房间干净舒适，西式早餐，比较丰富，有提供水果。 酒店有个挺大的停车场。 位置就在离高速不远处，边上是个比较大的chase自助银行，对面就是加油站，还有超市，大概1公里左右有个小湖，早晚去湖边走走，看看日出日落，感觉也不错。 去bloominton和normal的downtown也不太远，如果开车的话。」

「Staff and location was wonderful. I give the cleanliness 0/10. 1st I noticed the AC Didn’t work in my room no a major deal considering it isn’t summer but still was relatively warmer. On side of bed it there was what looked to be like dry I would assume dog urine. & before leaving I noticed an old salad left on top of the armoire by the door. As well as trash left between the fridge and cabinet.. 」

Reserved the room over a month ago, did the pre-check in that asked what time I'll be there, and my room still wasn't ready. They said give them 30 minutes, still wasn't ready again so they sent someone in there. Finally called me after like 30 minutes or so 」

「If you have bad knees and severe arthritis like me THERE’S NO ELEVATOR DO NOT STAY HERE unless you can carry your luggage up flights of stairs. For me it was a struggle that left me in tears. The room was OK, room lighting is dark, a bit of mold, a dingy bathtub, broken thermostat button, but decently clean. The desk guy was nice, but casually told me after check-in there’s no elevator. No offer of help. I can’t comment on the breakfast the stairs hindered that trip. 」

「Very friendly & welcoming staff. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel was quiet. Not luxurious, but perfect if you need a nice quiet comfortable affordable clean place to stay. This location was very convenient for me and I was pleasantly surprised. Will definitely stay there again!」

「Breakfast although complimentary can be a lot better. The waffles and potatoes were hard everyday. The yogurt bar wasn't fresh. Both apple and orange juice didn't taste well. There were soiled bowls with cleaned ones, more improperly cleaned. Rooms should have a microwave. The restaurant food wasn't too good, but priced fairly. Starbucks is conveniently attached to the building. The hotel was quiet and staff were amazing. The bar was very helpful. The room was clean and stocked with towels,...
