Sheraton Orlando North Hotel
First room the AC was broken. Got moved to a new room. The refrigerator was missing the rack to hold cans so you could only put three drinks in it. The light in the shower was out, they did fix it very fast. There was half a roll of toilet paper and no spare rolls. It was weird to have to request ...

Opal Hotel & Suites
Property is run down. Rooms are outdated and not very clean. Cleaning staff brought new towels once in 5 days and emptied the trash in the room. Beds were not changed and room was not cleaned. This is a hotel where people live. Pool area was nice.
