「The hotel is not clean.....They should be cleaning everday」

「入住的酒店和图片完全不符合，安排的酒店不是4星，没有早餐等等，反应后也没有及时解决」

「The property was undergoing some renovations. We did not have access to the pool, or the main hotel. We were placed in the ‘boutique suite’ area and when checking in, we had no towels or toilet paper. To start, everything was very disorganized but once we got settled, the room was spacious and hotel staff were kind.」

「Great stay, cannot fault anything.」

「Good」

「Spacious, recently renovated and tidy room. Caring and nice staff were always helpful. As a solo woman traveler, I definitely felt the sense of security as the driver team supports me with pick up and drop off services. Thank you!」
