Good value
Good value. Good size rooms, clean and fresh bedding. Good breakfast but dinner service very slow. Lots of activities nearby, nice pool and spa service.
Friendly staff at Bush lodges, not so much at the casino, service for drinks at the bar- waited very, very long for service and left to the prive. Food in the prive waited very long for "toasted cheese and tomato", almost an hour.
Did not make use of breakfast.
Everything was lovely, we had lovely time, the children loved the Aqua Dome, however I feel that entry fee for residents should be exempt and not pay for the Aqua Dome, the animal farm was very nice. The Place overall is very nice. The receptionist Fifi was very very helpful. All the staff are respectful and very helpful, the come and clean everyday, which is a nice break for us when on holiday
The staff were really Helpful especially Kele who assisted me in switching rooms.
It’s rare to have get service of such a high standard these days. Staff are highly professional and very friendly ensuring a pleasant experience all round.

I would definitely recommend staying at emerald hotel
Fantastic stay. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Only thing is the shower is one of these where you can't close it all the way, so the bathroom floor tends to get wet, and the taps are a bit finicky. The shower head is also not great. But other than the shower, really nice, neat, comfortable little chalet, with air con, tv, braai, full kitchen ,wi-fi, and enough to do to keep the family busy for a good 3 nights.

Reconnect with nature
I understand that those are old designed chalets, but they need to be kept in good condition. The interior infrastructure seem to be dilapidated and not taken care of. The sheets are clean but not up to the standard I had expected for such a place.
Be that as it may, I enjoyed my stay and it allowed me to reconnect with the nature.
What a wonderful experience! Would highly recommend.
Staff at the Hotel were amazingly friendly and professional.
From Reception to room service to breakfast staff just outstanding!!
The Auqua Dome was VERY disappointing. The staff open when they want to. Literally an hour after the board signs says and online times. The only slide is not always open as the life guard wants to chat to his friends so closes and opens at random. If you ask him to use the slide he will tell you in 20 minutes.
It was fine and the lady by the reception who is well curved ,dark in complexion she is to keep ,lovely person and the guy who helped us with moving from another house after we noticed few things needed to be sorted and we got anofher in few minutes
Thanks to the team
The place waz clean and relaxing. Rooms spacious. There were ample plates etc, which was impressive. The stove worked well. Staff was welcoming and there was a shop on site
The Chalet was in a poor state.
The lounge furniture was dirty, kitchen cabinets broken, curtains were torn on the rails.
Overall state was that of a building that the owner was neglected.
Cant believe they expect someone to pay and stay in a Chalet!!
Your front desk staff is badly trained and dont have a clue what is going on in the hotel booking system. This includes your front desk manager as even she did not know which rooms are available and which is not. the excuse was. We dont know which rooms are cancelled and which are not. That tells me they dont have access or they dont care or they dont want to do the effort. So I was told the hotel is fully booked. Then when I showed them on line it is not and that I can book a room, then all of a sudden there was a room available
