With multiple other hotels surrounding this property. Save your money and book the motel 6 for a better experience. The pool is ALWAY LOCKED. Pillows, bring your own. Also bring bleach for the tub if you need to shower. Oh and if you value white socks bring slippers or wear your shoes because your socks will be BLACK on the bottom. Our alarm clock had exposed wires and was flashing the time & forget calling the front desk, the phones are just props and have no cord connected. If you have any back issues or enjoy sleeping with pillows bring your own or something expect to feel like your camping on a cot. Lastly if the “breakfast buffet” caught your intention, also plan on getting your own breakfast unless a bagel, yogurt, dry cereal (unless you are supposed to use creamer meant for the coffee), or have the skills and knowledge to make a mini waffle (with time for cleaning) because there are no directions and no one around to ask but it is mandatory to clean (per the only sign out). Lasts it is wild to me that they charge a refundable $100 deposit for each stay. Ironic that you think I will damage something when the room was knowingly have falling apart and dirty before I even entered the city. Highly misrepresented on this site, glad I took videos and photos so hopefully Expedia can give you a transparent look at what you will get at this hotel.

They did not change bed sheets for next customer, no shampoo in bathroom ( last customer’s shampoo was there) and remote TV did not work at all.
I went to front desk to get Al the sheets and made a vet set my self.

The hot tub did not work.The internet i barely working the mattresses were stained there is only one decent worker there and that was the lady that checked us in. Expedia couldn't reach the hotel about a refund for the nights.We did not stay there.Where pretty sure there were prostitutes going in and out i would not stay there ever again or in that area

I booked the hotel room because I was on vacation. Wanted to go swimming and get in the hot tub and on the site. It says they have a hot tub Anna pool open ice machine was broke down dryer was broke down in my first room was broke down, move me to the second room, and the heat was broke down Very unhappy with my stay. Our room was not as displayed on the ad in Expedia. We select this hotel for swimming pool so that kids can enjoy but it was not operational. In the first room allotted tv was not working. So had to move to another room. When asked for all these issues lady at the front desk was trying to move us to other hotel. With all these problems I think we should get refund. But I couldn’t contact The Expedia .
