"Customer Service is pretty good here. I was surprise that they provided naked open air hotspring bath on the rooftop. We smelled a little smoke smell in our room. It doesn't bother so we don't bother to change room. Anyhow bed is comfortable. We have hotspring bathtub in our room. It is facing the town of Jiaoxi. Overall we enjoy our stay very much. They also provide a very simple tea time break for guest. Drinks, Taiwanese dessert and some crackers."
