「We traveled here as a couple and the feelings were split. The property location can't be beat. The front exterior does need a refresh and help with curb appeal, especially near the pool. Also, please mark the office location better. Every guest parked near our room and asked for directions lol. The view off the deck is gorgeous and it is conveniently located to everything downtown. 「We were 30 minutes early for Check in and they would not let us in until exactly 3pm. (There were no cars or ppl there. We were the only ones. ) We were locked out of the coffee lobby at 8:30, 8:45a and text to see why our code didn’t work. No answer. We had to wait for someone else to use their code in to get coffee. So frustrating. No staff. No one answers the texts they encourage you to send if you need anything.」

「Clean rooms and property. Check in process took a while as there was only one front desk personnel. On site parking was not free ($29). Had to request room change because AC was too loud and couldn’t sleep for 2 nights. Thankfully staff immediately changed to another room upon request. Breakfast had limited variety but was made well and always fresh. No bottled water provided to regular guests; only Hilton silver tier members.」
