"Peaceful views from kitchen/dining area. Balcony larger then it looks in photos. Large spacious open living/kitchen area. King room-comfortable bed/bedding. 2nd room fits 5. This room has beautiful view of trees and creek. Location is quiet. 6 min drive into Park City, 15 min drive to Jordanelle State Park ( lake ). The property is in a quiet neighborhood. Be aware that the garage is low. If you have a large truck it won’t fit. Parking around property is limited. A trailer w toys won’t fit...

Even has a full washer/dryer in the unit. You could walk to the grocery and other shopping across the street. The tennats in the building are noisy, the noise from the street is loud, the HVAC is loud, and there seemed to be a trash pickup right outside window every morning around 4am. The owner of the apartment did not provide clear instructions and would not answer a phone call. Their provided instructions seemed like a template with key information missing.
