「The location was very nice the house was awesome had everything we needed, but the customer service from Fairway Florida villas was not so good. The A/C did not reach the first floor room so most of the time it was hot in that room, the second floor bedroom had a leak thru the window so when it rained the water came thru leaving puddles of water in the room, the washer machine broke and could not get fixed in time I had to fight to get clean towels.」

「The check in process was weird since I didn't think I needed to check in with the door code they gave me being at the top of the instructions so figured I was good The elevator was in some rough shape and could definitely use new flooring. The space itself has been newly remodeled so very pretty but the bathrooms needed quite a bit more attention paid to.
