But we always had plenty clean towels and other supplies.very clean and our host at desk was very polite and personally took us to our room and showed us how to run tv and oriented us to the room. However this trip was about traveling 2,400 miles helping a family member in crisis and it’s the staff here I want to commend. When I booked this hotel I needed a late check out in order to conduct a virtual training webinar for work and needed a quiet space for 3 hours. 「I had to cut my stay short because of bedbugs and I have pictures of proof!. The manager at the hotel needs to learn about customer service, he was very rude and unprofessional! I truly believe if you paid for a service, and you can’t safely enjoy the service you paid for, you should be refunded . Am not trying to be mean but they changed my sheets one in 10 nights, towels have holes, and mattress is old with spots of blood stains, and other stains!.」
