Do not stay here! The place had an uncomfortable homeless/vagrant vibe that I unfortunately ignored at first. The room was disgusting; unclean, no bedside lamps, holes in the walls, dirty furniture and bed linens. I picked my bag back up and turned around and left. I spent no more than 10 minutes here. Now I understand why the room rate was so low. I was so disgusted I didn’t even care to try and get my money back. Wyndham would do good by taking their name off this dump.

The pictures shown for the rooms are not accurate. This place isn’t cleanly, furniture was in bad shape; the sofa bed had torn pillows. There are no comforters on the bedding…just sheets. It felt more like a motel than a hotel. Only one elevator worked.

We had two rooms for two nights and we didn’t stay for the second night. The rooms, and especially the bathrooms, were not clean. There was no soap in one of the bathrooms and there were bugs in both bathrooms. I will be contacting Expedia for a refund for my second night.

Staff was helpful when asked but hotel overall is a rundown. Poor conditions, mold on the shower curtains, dirty shower, pests of all kinds. Linens, towels and walls stained. No tissues, limited toiletries. Desk chair ripped up.

1st room had roaches - including one on bath tub, stained towels and no door latch for top of door. 2nd room had bugs, a lot of patchwork on walls etc, some trash left from previous customers, holes in carpet. I think the elevator was past due service date. I’ve requested a full refund. Description did not match pictures on like and room conditions were unfit for most people

The one negative aspect of my hotel stay was that I was given a dirty room, but it was resolved when a staff member moved me to a another room. Other than that minor issue, I had an excellent experience.
