Property grounds are very pretty. Rooms are older and have potential but are somewhat dirty. Caked on grime and dust on the trim, on bottom of dresser, dirty hand prints on the bathroom door. Pacific Edge Hotel
Clean room but carpet was very dirty and old looking. Being a hotel on the beach, maybe ceramic flooring would be best.
