Ac didn’t work in our room when we arrive and we were moved to a new room at 0930pm. Staff was very nice. Carpets in the main area were pretty dirty. Grout in the bathtub was fixed with caulking. Housekeeping staff was excellent!

The airport shuttle wasn’t running in the morning we needed it, but the front desk ordered us a Lyft and updated us the entire time our ride was on their way! The beds were comfortable and the rooms were clean.
