It's a great hotel and a great location. Just one issue one evening on my two night stay. My family was watching football on TV in the lobby and the staffer turned off the TV. He didn't give any of us a heads up. Other than that, the rest of the staffers and cleaning crew were very nice.

Staff was nice. Room was clean. Could've had more amenities like a microwave in the room. Nice hotel but the price for the room was not worth it. Hyatt Regency Dallas
