「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Ganzaie. Francesco and Nonna Laura made us feel so welcome and taken care of, that we left feeling like we were part of the family. They went above and beyond to ensure that our food allergies were catered for. Breakfast and dinner were always fantastic. The chef did an amazing job. And the cost for a family of four to stay and eat for two weeks was fabulous. Thank you Francesco and Nonna Laura. 」

「Aardig personeel, dat Engels, Duits en Italiaans spreekt. Top ontbijt met super croissants, taart, pannenkoeken en vleeswaren en kaas. Eieren zijn wel erg hard gekookt, koffie is lekker en natuurlijk appelsap ipv jus d orange. Omgeving is superschoon ook Trento en Bozen, er ligt geen papiertje op straat. Wat een verschil met Prato, waar we nu zitten, wat een vieze stad is dit.」

「The hotel is on main road, easy to find. The owners are very friendly. There is no kitchen but there is a nice pizzeria next to it. Our rooms are very cute with nice decoration and setting. Great experience. 位置有點偏遠，但是就在公路旁不難找。房間很溫馨，床很舒適。我們去了超市買食材但沒有廚房可以烹飪，不過老闆讓我們把東西放進他們的冰箱保存，還蠻不錯的。員工跟老闆都很友善也很熱情，附的早餐也很豐富。推薦!!」

「The staff is very kind, rooms are huge and services are great. SPA is excellent and there is a play room for kids and adults. Breakfast was very good as well. The town is a small gem, you have a Bakery, a Bar, a little market and parking places everywhere」
