"Overall, our stay was okay, but one issue was very disappointing. The hotel does not provide complimentary toothbrushes, so guests have to purchase them from a vending machine. Unfortunately, the machine was not working and could not process our card payment. Since we had forgotten to bring our toothbrushes, we ended up having no way to brush our teeth that night. For such a basic necessity, I think the hotel should either provide complimentary toothbrushes upon request or make sure the vending machine is always working. This was quite inconvenient and definitely affected our stay."

"Super friendly and helpful staff. Even gifted my 5yo daughter some small toys on both days we stayed, which absolutely made her day. We always stay at Delta whenever we come visit Markham area, and the hotel just keeps proving us right."
