Great location and view of Hoi An

We really enjoyed the view and location of this hotel. The breakfast was tasty and convenient. The pool.is small but is perfect fir a cool dip after a fun day of sightseeing and shopping. The best part is to be abke to walk to the lantern festival and night market!

Nice and clean property just outside of all the busy activity. It can be loud during the daytime, but was fine at night once things calmed down. The staff were all very nice and helpful!

Our family of three from Vermont stayed at the River Suites Hoi An for 2 nights. The close proximity of the hotel to points of interest in Hoi An made it very easy for us to walk to these sites. The hotel staff were very helpful. The breakfast buffet selection was large, and the open-air restaurant connected to the front porch (with plenty of seating) was great. The room was clean, and the hotel was well-maintained. We highly recommend the River Suites Hoi An Hotel.

The hotel was in a great location,close to walk to everything. The staff was lovely and helpful. Breakfast included,it was great! Not really fancy but very good value and comfortable!

Comfortable and well-located.

Hotel us actually in a great location, fast access to both the old town and across the river. Great street food just outside in the evening. Wonderful, polite and friendly staff. Good buffet breakfast, with omelette bar and good range of food options. Don't know why there is a TV though, there's nothing for foreigners to watch in the evening...even a movie channel.

Wonderful Low cost Central Hotel

What a gem of a hotel. Its situated right on the edge of the pedestrian area, so close to everything, but far enough away to be quiet. We booked the Penthouse Suit at the top because its was so cheap, yet still a wonderful hotel. The room was spacious, comfortable, quite with a great view out over the town and river. Breakfast was small, but still with a good choice of buffet and cooked options. There is a pool downstairs, although more like a giant bath.

Good place to stay

Very good location, a few mins walk distant from old city area.The staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is clean and comfortable . But the lobby and restaurant do not have air conditioner, only fan. It is very hot in summer. The breakfast buffet is very simple, not many food choices. Btw, the road outside of the hotel is blocked from vehicle at night. So if you are arriving or leaving at night, you will need to walk a little bit to the main road to get on the car.

this hotel is on the river bank.It is within walking distant to night market and old town.Room is clean. Bathroom does not have a separate shower.The shower is inside the bathtub.Hot water system does not work correctly. It is very difficult to mix,it is either too hot or too cold. Breakfast is below average, many dishes were cold.

Disappointing. While the location was close to the canals restaurants and shops, the condition of the hotel was poor. They have a bar that is never open. You are only able to get cans of beer from the front desk. The pool is a glassed enclosure in the lobby so not really an ideal place to sit. The breakfast menu is adequate and there is often not enough room to sit. The room- there was water damage peeling paint and black mould on one of the walls. Mould in the bathroom too. Almost no water pressure and the shower needed to run for at least 10 min before the water turned warm. It never got hot. The bed was comfortable and clean. The layout of the room was also fine. Staff were less that helpful when asking for directions, suggestiins of things to see. Would not stay here again.
