I have never had a bad experience at a hotel in Vietnam ever, the staff was terrible they rent out rooms while the the whole floor is under construction witch started at 830am They offerd no apologies for their actions, when I asked for a new room they down gradeed me and when asked about it they suddenly don't speak English. In my long life of travel I have. Nerer had such a terrible experience, after I moved rooms I mentioned they should keep the construction zone area empty for future travelers only to wake up and hear the same complaint from new visiters, in my life I have never felt so disrespected by a hotel, they do not care about their Tennants and their are soo many great options in the area with amazing staff that actually care about their guests I really hope you don't end up in the same situation I did. I was ignored and brushed off like nothin when I mentioned the noise ,they have got to be the worst hotel I have ever dealt with in my life. Please don't make the same mistake me and countless others have

Personnel très accueillant et serviable dès notre arrivée, chambre spacieuse et confortable, grande salle de bain, très bon petit déjeuner buffet, bien situé près de la plage et dans un quartier animé (un peu de bruit des restaurants le soir ). La piscine est agréable avec des transats, nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans cet hôtel !
