The sweet staff makes this hotel great

The staff at this property were amazing! They went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable and to help when one of us was unwell. Our room was huge! The enormous bed was very comfortable. The laundry service was great and was very cheap. The food was plentiful and delicious. It’s an easy walk to the lantern boats, Japanese Bridge, night market etc but is a fair way from the beach (shuttle bus provided).

Incredible stay at this property. Every single staff member cares so deeply about the guest experience and we felt so taken care of. The spa and breakfast are great perks, and you are walking distance to the main sights of town. I can't recommend it enough. My only issue is that the shower would flood the bathroom and it takes awhile for the water to get hot.

It was rainy during our stay, and water leaked through the balcony doors. Other than that, the staff was great, good price on laundry and massages, which was very good.
