Nice Relaxed Place to stay

This place is located midway between the beach abd Hoi An, they have free bikes or you can rent a moto for 5 dollars a day. Staff had spoke above average english.

Friendly homestay

Very friendly and helpful family. Loved having free bicycles to use,especially since thís homestay is a ways out òf town. Only downsides were a búsy, somewhat noisy street and lack of the promised "garden view."

lovely homestay, good value for money

This homestay is run by a very lovely, friendly family. The building is new, the room was large and clean, the bathroom had a bathtub and nice hot shower. The room was tidied up every day, bicycles were provided for free and the laundry service was great. The breakfast (50,000 for choice of 1 dish, 1 drink and fruit) imo wasn't good value, the pancakes were to greasy and the coffee average but the pho, fruit juice and fresh fruit were nice. Overall this homestay has good service and good value for money. Recommend Red Dragon restaurant 5 minutes on foot down the road!

Vaerelset var meget standart, madresserne dog meget haarde. Servicen var lidt en blandet oplevelse, der var kun en som kunne engelsk - og hun var for det meste beskaeftiget af hende lille (soede) datter, men det gik altsaa en smule ud over servicen og det overskud man ogsaa forventer, at blive moedt af. God beliggenhed, med 10 min. paa cykel (gratis) til byen Hoi An og stranden - men man er afhaengig af cykel, scooter eller taxa. For os var dette dog intet problem.

Home away from home

Clean and spacious homestay. We originally booked one night and added a second night cause we enjoyed our stay there so much. The location is a 10 minute bike ride from downtown but we didn't mind at all because the homestay had bikes for use for free and motorbike for US$5. The location was also close to several food and coffee shops making it convenient. The owners were helpful and really nice. On the last day our night train wasn't until 10pm, and even tho checkout was 12pm, they let us leave our bags in their living room and take their bikes out until whenever we wanted. She even let us use her showers before leaving so we can be clean and refreshed for our overnight train! That was definitely a lifesaver. Great place overall! Would stay again!

Lovely family, very helpful

We really enjoyed our stay here with this wonderful family. The homestay is perfectly situated within 2k of the old town and 3k of the beach. Our room was spacious, very clean and with a nice balcony. Free bicycles and locks are provided which makes these journeys fun and quick (around 10 mins). Mopeds are also available to rent. The family are very, very welcoming and do everything to make you feel at home. They are also happy to book onward bus journeys, tours etc. The breakfasts are also very tasty with fresh fruit! Thank you for such a lovely stay!

Best place we stayed at in Vietnam.

We stayed here for two nights originally and then extended our stay because we liked it so much! They really take care of you and it is like a home away from home. We have traveled in Vietnam for almost 3 weeks and this was the best place we stayed. You can also get laundry done there - 30k/kg - and the bikes were great. We used them everyday. Location is a bit away from town, but it is a nice, easy 15 min ride into town. There are many shops and eating places within walking distance too.

Confortable mais bruyant

Plutôt 1 pension de famille qu'un hôtel, cet établissement, situé entre ville et plage, est accueillant et confortable. Le petit plus: des vélos à disposition. L'hôtel est calme, mais les chambres sur rue sont extrêmement bruyantes, les fenêtres fermant très mal. Le petit-déjeuner, en cas de choix "pain-beurre-confiture" dans le menu, est vraiment trop succinct, dommage! Le service s'effectue en permanence avec le bébé de la maison dans les bras, c'est très particulier et pas très rapide!

Excellent home stay, cleaned cheap and good food

Great stay here, I really recommend it. Very clean, staff very friendly and helpful , breakfast was good, and cheap. The counter part would be that is not very close to the town but by 5-10 minutes by bike that's not a problem, even the beach is very near, like 30 minutes by bike, and not many restaurants nearby to choose, there is one in front of though and do not have dinner service, but nothing to have a bad rating because of that, definitely I will stay again, good to stay solo, with girlfriend, or family

We had a very warm welcome from the family and being a home stay there were only a few rooms, but ours had everything that we wanted for a very reasonable price. Bikes were provided to cycle around with the beach only 5-10min cycle and Old Town Hoi An 10-15mins maximum. We stayed four night and throughly enjoyed it!

Awesome Homestay with Lovely Family

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were fine, although the beds a little hard but hey it's Asia. The homestay also offers free bikes and we enjoyed cycling to the beach, rice paddies and old quarter everyday. We also really enjoyed the included breakfast daily. The omlettes, pineapple pancakes and fresh juice were just awesome! But what really sets the accommodation apart is the friendly genuine family that runs the homestay. They were so nice and we loved their children. We miss you baby Ron :)

Really liked Hoi An and our stay here. They offer airport pick up for a small price, do take it.
