泳池不错，海滩太脏，房间有异味
酒店距离岘港市中心实在远，感觉到了一个很偏远的地方。酒店外面看上去有点失望，幸好穿过大堂之后发现villa还好。 Villa的小泳池应该没有清洁，很多漂浮物，我入住的三天都没有碰过这个小泳池。房间里面感觉不错，宽敞明亮，值得赞！但是，房间的洗手间有奇怪的异味，应该是去水渠发出来的异味，一进洗手间就非常难受。还有，房间的两台冷气，有一台是只有风不制冷的，结果在这种热天，真的挺难受。 酒店的日式早餐不错，赞！不过西式自助餐就一般了，都是偏日本人和韩国人的口味。的确，这家酒店入住的都是韩国人和日本人，三天下来一个中国人都没有。

Perfect villa experience
We are served with a welcoming drink upon check-in. The staff then show us all the facilities with a golf cart. Not all the staff are good in english but most of them can communicate. The resort has a private beach and it is clean, quiet and relaxing. Our room is clean and spacious, the private pool has sufficient privacy. We stay the stay very much.

good choice to spend your vacation
This resort is much better than my expection! It is the biggest surprise to me in my vacation. I appriciate the service and the staff of this resort very much. All staff there are kind and helpful, I also obtain some useful travel tips from the concierge, which help me make my trip more smooth. Staying in this resort, you will never feel boring ,there are many options for guests to enjoy their leisure time, I had boxing class, SPA there. The location of the resort is very convinient, it takes only half hour to get the airport and My Kye beach by taxi, and 20 minutes to get Hoi An.

this is a.new resort just opened... you can.still smell the paint. the staff are friendly but not very efficient... takes so long to do the checkin.. the spa is good and breakfast room smells of the gas.. although the food is good and fresh... kids area is really good... the pool is nice also...

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in Grandvrio Ocean Resort, the staffs are very friendly, cheerful and helpful. We would like to thank you our passionates, Ms Thao & Ms Ling Ling for the warm companion during our stay! We stayed in a ocean view deluxe double room with balcony, room is clean and comfortable. The buffet breakfast offers wide range of food with good quality. The Spa provides good skills of treatment and massage, spa staff are very friendly. Thank you so much, we did have a very happy memories in Danang. We would love to recommend to our friends and stay in this resort again!

We stayed at the Grandvrio as part of a 4 day stay in the Danang area, with 2 days in Hoi An proper and 2 days here at the Grandvrio. In retrospect, given how relatively inexpensive it is to get from the beachfront Grandvrio into Hoi An, I would say I probably would opt to stay the entire time at the Grandvrio if we were to return. Put simply, as a beachfront resort, this property checks all boxes. The facilities are new and modern, with multiple dining options, a kids pool, and arguably the best, deepest, nicest main hotel pool I have experienced. Better than the pictures. Just beyond the pool, a strand of palms and hammocks leads to a lovely private beach. This is also where they serve the included breakfast (made-to order eggs, pastries, fresh fruit). Our 10 yr old son was very excited that they had a basketball court, and our daughter loved the playground. The staff here is wonderful and extremely attentive. We were welcomed with cocktails and cold towels at check-in, and the staff gathers at the front door to see you off at check-out. Would stay at this property again, no question.

3泊しましたが、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ありがとうございました。ダナンにもホイアンにもタクシーで30分ほどで行けるので便利なロケーションだと思います。 まずはスタッフの方々がとても親切におすすめのお店や観光スポットなどを教えてくれました。どのスタッフの方々も作業中でも手を止めて挨拶してくださり、気持ちよく過ごすことができました。部屋もとても綺麗で毎日の清掃も行き届いていていました。チェックアウト後、バックを預かってくださり、観光に行くことができました。そしてなんとチェックアウト後にもかかわらずお風呂に入ることができてとても快適に帰国することができます。 最後に総支配人ををはじめ日本語ができるスタッフの方々とてもお世話になり、ありがとうございました（支配人さんがいつでもいらっしゃるので過労が心配です笑）。 また来る際は宿泊したいと思います！

まずスタッフの皆さんのサービスが素晴らしいです！日本の方、日本語が堪能なベトナムの方が常駐してくださりとても助かりました。 ホテル内を歩いているとすれ違うスタッフの皆さんが笑顔で挨拶をしてくださりとても気持ちが良かったです。 朝ごはんも3つのレストランから会場を選べるようになっており、それぞれ違う雰囲気で毎朝楽しめました。 ダナンシティからは少し離れていますがホテルが無料のシャトルバスを出してくれていたので不便は感じませんでした。ホイアンへもバスを出してくれています！ チェックアウトは12時ですが、フライトが深夜便であることを伝えると観光を終えたら出発前に大浴場を利用させてくださり、とても嬉しかったです。 あとウェルカムドリンクの赤ワインがとても美味しかったです♪

スタッフのひとりひとりがレベルが高く、おもてなし感が半端ない。 支配人の人柄もよく教育が徹底されている。 また泊まりたいと思えるホテル。 ホテルの外はローカルでおすすめ出来るところはないが、ホテルの中でゆっくり過ごすには最適なホテル。 ダナン市街、ホイアンに行きたい時は無料のバスが出てるので両方行く計画を立ててる方には立地も良いと思います。 市街地のガチャガチャしてる所が好きな人には向かないかも。 私たちはとにかくゆっくりとのんびりしたかったので最高の滞在になりました。

Excellent resort and perfect for families with little kids. Multiple pools easy access to beach and has 3 restaurants. The only negative is it’s on the resorts row so can not go anywhere outside of the hotel unless you take a taxi, which is available and somewhat cheap. Near golf courses.

Everything about this resort is beyond superb! Excellent service, beautiful property, spa and massage was amazing and breakfast had a wide selection of variety. Free access to 3 pools, Japanese bath, gym and kids club activities, private beach pool as well as free shuttle bus to Hoi An and Danang city was very convenient. Staffs and cleaning service was outstanding. Definitely would recommend and planning to come back again!

I've been living in Ho Chi Minh City for three years now, and I recently experienced the most excellent hotel service across all of Vietnam. While the significant price discounts made it feel cost-effective, the service mindset of this hotel is something even luxury hotels should learn from. The staff, who brightly smile and stop their tasks to greet guests every time I pass through the hotel lobby, along with the pristine and clean facilities, truly amazed me. Even during the off-peak times when the restaurant was empty, all the food ingredients were fresh and delicious. Above all, the man who seemed like the head of the hotel welcomed us at 11:30 PM when we arrived. He was rushing to open the door, saying, 'Welcome back,' and even assisting with our luggage, waving goodbye as our taxi drove away when we left the hotel after checking out the next morning. It was incredibly touching. The hotel's elegance doesn't come from flashy decorations or good amenities, but rather from its clean upkeep and exceptional customer service, setting an exemplary standard. There's a wide variety of hotels in Da Nang, from luxurious pool villas to boutique accommodations. This was my third visit Danang, and it left the best impression on me. Its location between Da Nang and Hoi An allowed me to travel between both places conveniently. Thanks to the hotel's friendly staff, I had a truly comfortable and relaxing stay. Thank you

スタッフのホスピタリティーがすばらしいです。笑顔溢れるベトナム人スタッフだけでなく、日本人のスタッフがきめ細かく、色々とケアをしてくださり、とても快適に過ごすことができました。ベトナムにいながら日本のスタイルの大浴場があり日本人にはとても寛げますし、ヨガやスパなどの室内アクティビティーも充実しています。ダナンとホイアンのちょうど間に位置しており、少し不便かと思ったのですが、毎日シャトルバスが運行しているのでどちらの観光も十分に楽しむことができました。あいにく滞在中ずっと雨でビーチやプールが楽しめませんでしたが、そんなことを忘れさせてくれるとても素敵なホテルでした。将来また行きたいと思います。大変お勧めです。

너무 좋아서 또 방문하고 싶어요!
일하시는 분들 모두 친절하게 대해주셔서 편안하게 쉬다가 왔습니다. 그리고 조식, 룸서비스 모두 맛있게 먹었어요. 스파까지 포함된 룸으로 예약해서 1일 1스파도 기분좋게 했습니다. 휴양하기 좋은 곳으로 또 방문하고 싶네요~^^

スタッフの笑顔に癒されました
コロナの影響で宿泊客が少ない中とてものんびりと滞在させていただきました。いつもスタッフの方が笑顔で挨拶してくださるのでベトナムが好きになりました。日本人のスタッフの方もいらしたので細かいリクエストにも応じていただけました。 朝食も麺類があって美味しかったです。夕食は美味しかったですがもう少し安いと助かります。 無料のアオザイのレンタルで無料のシャトルバスでホイアンまで行ってきました。これもいい思い出です。 大浴場もあるのも日本人にはいいかもしれません。部屋のバスタブも十分広かったのですが。大浴場にはお水とクレンジング、化粧水や乳液がないので持参されるといいと思います。 お部屋には無料のペットボトルの水もあります。 部屋も広くて快適。ビーチにハンモックもあってお昼寝しました。 またダナンに行く際には泊まりたいと思います。

Séjour aux standards japonais
Tenu par un management japonais, nous avons été très bien accueillis. Le personnel très respectueux et à l écoute. Literie au top. Nous étions en saison du Corona virus ce qui a malheureusement limité les choix au restaurant. Néanmoins la gestion du virus à été parfaitement maîtrisee.
